Upon completion of your booking, we will send you a reservation confirmation with details on the deposit. This is made by bank transfer and amounts to 50% of the total price.
After that, you will usually receive the deposit confirmation from us within 3-5 business days. If the deposit is not paid, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with modification of the cancellation policy §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
If things turn out differently than planned and the booked vacation must be canceled. Whether you can not start your vacation at all or delayed or have to return earlier, the right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the following cancellation conditions apply:
In case of late arrival and/or early departure and/or no arrival, the booked stay will be charged.
To fix your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount to the indicated account. The deposit must be paid within 10 days from the date of booking confirmation. In general, cancellations of reservations are accepted only in writing.
And what if something does come up?
We would like to spare you unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, we recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance, in order to be able to arrange your vacation carefree.
